She studied Aesthetics, Cosmetology, and Reflexology in London and Paris (Ray Cochrane College, Helena Harnik Clinic, Christian Dior Laboratories), specializing in skin therapies and cosmetic chemistry.
Since 1984, she has run her own studio in Limassol, offering services with a strong focus on Holistic approaches and Ayurveda. She is trained and certified in techniques such as Laser/IPL, Shirodhara, and Ayurvedic massage.
She has participated in dozens of international seminars and has been an active member of professional associations in both Cyprus and the UK. In parallel, she attended experiential psychology workshops at the University of Nicosia, enriching her approach to human care.
